SIRS (Social Issues Resources Series) Thousands of full-text articles from magazines, newspapers, and U.S. government documents. Databases include SIRS Researcher (general reference, social issues, health, science, and business), SIRS Government Researcher (historic government documents, directories, and almanacs), and SIRS Renaissance (current perspectives on the Arts & Humanities).

EBSCOhost For best results check MAS Ultra – School Edition and MasterFILE Select. MAS Ultra – School Edition provides full text for more than 550 popular general interest and current events publications (with information dating as far back as 1975 for key magazines), more than 500 full text pamphlets, 339 full text reference books, 84,074 biographies, 86,135 primary source documents, and an Image Collection of 107,135 photos, maps and flags. MasterFILE Select is a multidisciplinary database that provides full text for nearly 800 general reference publications with coverage dating as far back as 1984. It also includes 20 full text reference books and an Image Collection of 107,135 photos, maps and flags.

World Book Encyclopedia Online Access to over 31,000 encyclopedia articles, 6,000 Web links, 25,000 periodical articles, 800 videos, animations, and sounds, 400 interactive maps, 100 3-D bubble views, and much more.

EBSCOhost Check TOPICsearch. TOPICsearch is a current events database allows researchers to explore social, political & economic issues, scientific discoveries and other popular topics. It contains full text for over 78,000 articles from more than 3,000 diverse sources, including more than 1,550 full text periodicals.

Literature Resource Center Provides access to biographies, bibliographies, and critical analysis of authors from every age and literary discipline.

EBSCOhost Check MagillOnLiterature for editorially reviewed critical analyses. This database also includes brief plot summaries of the most studied works in the history of literature. It contains all of Masterplots and Masterplots II, Cyclopedia of World Authors, Cyclopedia of Literary Characters, Magill's Literary Annual, Magill's Guide to Science Fiction and Fantasy as well as World Philosophers and Their Works.

The Professional Development Collection provides a highly specialized collection of more than 550 high quality education journals, including more than 350 peer-reviewed titles. This database also contains more than 200 educational reports. ERIC, the Educational Resource Information Center contains more than 2,200 digests along with references for additional information and citations and abstracts from over 980 educational and education-related journals.
