The sixth grade student BRAVE Ambassadors, in an effort to promote character education, are holding read-aloud sessions during the sixth grade lunch period. Through the efforts of the BRAVE Coordinators, Ms. Gallagher and Mrs. Garfinkel, as well as the librarian, Mrs. Minikel, ambassadors selected children's books chosen specifically to communicate worthwhile character morals and values. Groups of ambassadors are reading these stories and showing the illustrations on a large screen to their peers during the lunch period. After the read-aloud, students are asked to reflect on the book's message by completing an exit card. Exit cards will be displayed in the middle school library.
