Our summer reading theme this year is:
Read the Book - Watch the Movie!

This year's (2009 - 2010) current sixth and seventh grade Jericho students who wish to participate in our summer reading program should join our
Jericho Middle School Literacy Leaders' Group

If you want to become a JMS Literacy Leader, you need to read three books and compare each one with its movie. You then can either can post your comments online in our Literacy Leaders' Blackboard discussion group or submit three Book/Movie review forms to the librarians in September. The Jericho Public Library has been notified about our summer reading program.
